Challenge:

Compound Library Design and synthesis for CAMK2A target

Strand’s Solution:

Through Virtual Screening, we designed over 350 compounds that seemed apt for the target. Among those 350 compounds, 200 were delivered with 12 scaffolds and preliminary novelty screen. The synthesis and ADME assays were performed for all the compounds.

Diligent in silico library design with ADME screening resulted in the client significantly saving both cost and time.
