Model Packaging

Models built using Sarchitect allow packing various types of information with them. This enables:

• Communication of vital model considerations to users
• Archiving modeling decisions and findings
• Model expansion and “localization”
• Improvement of model accuracies over time
• Computation of confidence metrics

Models will no longer end up as black boxes that get obsolete soon after creation.

Sarchitect allows the packaging of the following information with the models:

• Model Algorithm and Parameters
• Model Accuracies
• Model Endpoint Data
• Model Descriptors
• Structures of Model Compounds
• User Notes, Author and Timestamp

By selecting appropriate flags during saving, modelers can choose the type of information to package with the models.  All the packaged information in the models can seamless be opened as Sarchitect projects. Models can be quickly reviewed in the Model Summary Views.
